Well, if it's as simple as putting text and visual and logos together on a piece of paper, then normal people can do it on Microsoft Publisher lor... When ti comes to layout, it's an art. There are techniques and theories behind each placement. Not copy and paste, as client thinks.

As for turning hardcopy to softcopy, it's much harder than creating from new. Imagine scanning all the images (have to make sure same quality when printed out), figuring out what font type is being used, adjusting the font size to the same on hardcopy, choosing the exact colour... worse, type out all the words in the hard copy and make sure line one looks like line two and doesn't have another word up at the first line.. bla bla bla... boleh faham? Creating a new one would have cost lesser and require lesser work.

"Like the client who printed your gif files and complained why the images doesn’t move" - like...duh! i'm speechless.

"the client who thinks that you can remove words from a beautiful scenery jpeg image" - nasib i wasnt ur client when I asked that...

Seriously, i dont understand feedback two...cos she does make it sound like it's just copy and paste. what's the deal here? can explain / elaborate?

Feedback three and four also confuses me. Both from clients' point of view and freelancer's point of view.

Obviously i make no head or tail in the whole business. Care to educate me? :)
