Website Review: Exclusive Chillout With Bolehland.net
Try speaking with the two Malaysian guys who run Bolehland.net and you’ll get a very interesting interview session – because they really don’t talk much. In fact, they have opted to draw out the entire interview session I had with them in comic strips. Yes, totally reflecting their personality on Bolehland. Amazing right!
Bolehland is an online comical epic journey platform where two ordinary Malaysian guys, express their views on Malaysian Life in series of comic strips that truly reflect the Malaysia culture. It’s an online platform where anything and everything can happen, because these two guys are totally hilarious with their own sense of humour. You’ll find yourself smiling and grinning silly at their creations because it’s simply relatable to all of us here in Malaysia. Captivated by their commitment to their creations, I decided to sit down with them (virtually) and chillout with the founders – Dan Khoo and Wai Kit.
Cmate: What is Bolehland about? And why Bolehland?
Cmate: What inspire you two to create and maintain Bolehland?
Cmate: What do you aim to achieve through Bolehland?
Cmate: How much time do you spend on Bolehland in a week?
Cmate: How has Bolehland transform your way of life?
Cmate: What kind of impact do you hope to make through Bolehland?
Cmate: Where do you see Bolehland in 3 years’ time?
Cmate: What do you think of Malaysian designers?
Cmate: Describe yourself in 3 words.
Cmate: Do you guys work or study?
Cmate: Tell us a little bit more about yourself and who you are.
Cmate: If you have something to say to international readers, here’s your chance.
Cool eh? Read their comic strips at Bolehland.Net and follow them on Twitter at Bolehland_net today for more Malaysian humour and goodness! *while I ask them to draw my comic profile… how can they forget to include the person who interview them in the comic strips!!*
